• Include clear photos of any flaws for furniture

All items must be pre-approved before drop-off.

What We’re Looking For

We curate a thoughtful mix of contemporary, classic, and design-forward pieces, including:

• Sofas and loveseats (ideally under 10 years old)
• Coffee, dining, and side tables
• Sideboards, desks, and chairs
• Art, décor, and small home accessories

Condition matters. Items should be clean, well cared for, and showroom-ready:

• Upholstery vacuumed
• Wood polished
• Glass and surfaces spotless

Cleaning fees may apply for items that need additional prep.

What We Don’t Accept

• Traditional or non-modern china, crystal, and silverware
• Heavily worn, outdated, or damaged pieces

Pricing & Payouts

• Pricing is set by Heirloom based on market demand, condition, and style
• Consignors receive 50% of the final selling price

Payments are available anytime after your item sells:

• In-store pickup
• Mailed check (over $25 with SASE)
• Direct deposit via ACH
