2. Products & Availability

Many items sold by Heirloom Consignment are one-of-a-kind consignment, vintage, or previously owned pieces. Because of this:

  • Inventory is limited and subject to prior sale.

  • Product colors and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography.

  • Minor wear consistent with age or prior use may be present unless otherwise noted.

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph items.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory inaccuracies.

4. Final Sale Policy

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review item descriptions, dimensions, and photographs carefully before purchasing.

5. Shipping & Local Pickup

We do not currently ship any items.

Customers selecting local pickup are responsible for arranging pickup within the timeframe communicated after purchase.  Please contact us for our delivery options.

For furniture and oversized items:

  • Customers are responsible for verifying measurements and access before purchase.

  • Delivery fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to interfere with site security or operations

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Reproduce or exploit website content without written permission
